Great house for a large group with a responsive host, but a few maintenance and layout issues to be aware of. Positive: The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and we really enjoyed the location and community amenities. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Negative: Some areas could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom baseboards, and the washer needed attention. The bed frames were also extremely creaky, which was disruptive at night, especially with kids sleeping in the rooms. Both bunk beds were positioned with the ladders against the wall, which made it very difficult for the kids to safely access the top bunks. We weren’t able to rearrange the furniture. Our biggest issue was the bedroom layout. Two sleeping areas are connected and one family had to walk through another family’s sleeping area to access the bathroom. This wasn’t clear in the listing and is important for groups traveling with multiple families to know ahead of time.

Overall very nice and roomy. Has a lot of activities around Positive: The property is well maintained and has a nice equipped kitchen!

Place was great. Positive: We stayed here for 4 nights in the Poconos and overall had a really great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything we needed was provided, and the amenities were in good condition. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a quiet trip to the Poconos. Will definitely book again in the future.
