House pics in listing are very accurate. It's definitely a full time rental property and as such some things aren't quite as you'd hope. Ex. Some of the arcade video games didn't work (pinball wouldn't boot & other games has malfunctioning buttons), ceiling fan in a bed room didn't work at all, lots of blown out light bulbs, and two of the mattresses were total junk (queen in basement bunk room and the first floor secondary bedroom double bed). Unfortunately, we had to connect with property managers (not owners) often because the fridge was broken. Communication was quick and efficient about it and we were able to salvage a solution. Not ideal, but what can you do. 3 zone AC was great and held by up against high heat index days. House is very loud with little soft surfaces to absorb noise. Finally, while the instant hot water made for great showers, the water pressure in showers is rough, even if you're the only one showering. The community is great. The pools were awesome, the lake was great, mini golf, etc. Do NOT recommend the Tiki Hut as the food was terrible every time we ate there. Marketplace is convenient and made a decent breakfast but sandwiches were rough and really expensive. Overall, we'd consider going back.

House was huge and modern - plenty of room for 12 of us. Definitely recommend!

This house was great for our family! The kids and adults all had fun! The host was very responsive. We will definitely go back!

Truly a wonderful weekend spent in this home! Spacious, clean and very close to mountain. Hosts were super communicative and responding very quickly with any questions we had. We will be returning!
